Processing Times

Please allow 1 to 3 days for our store to process your order before shipping!

Domestic Orders

Please allow 7-14 days for all Canada/U.S. shipping.  A tracking number will be provided for the items ordered when it is shipped.

International Orders

Please allow 10-14 days for all International orders.  A tracking number will be provided for the items ordered when it is shipped.

Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

PLEASE NOTE: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping fee for any returned items. We kindly advise you to consider the potential shipping costs before initiating a return, as fees may vary based on the weight of the package and can sometimes be higher than expected.

We accept returns only in the case of damaged or defective products. If your item arrives broken or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to assist you with a return or replacement.

Also, please note that returns for other reasons, such as change of mind, are not accepted. If you have any concerns about your order, our customer support team is here to help.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
